Several Metro Milwaukee employers have teamed up with Select Milwaukee to participate in our nationally recognized employer assisted homeownership initiative (EAH). Employers make it easier and more affordable for their eligible employees to buy a home – many provide down payment and closing cost assistance and all provide direct access to Select Milwaukee services and home buying incentives

EAH is a cost-effective employee benefit that is a proven recruitment tool and improves employee retention and loyalty. For employees, EAH provides guidance and support from homeownership and adds real value to each housing dollar spent. And Milwaukee gains, too, as homeownership strengthens the tax base and contributes jobs and investment to the local economy.

For our EAH customers we offer homebuyer and financial workshops and individual guidance, home purchase, repair and energy efficiency incentives and referrals to other trusted organizations for financing, real estate, home inspection and contractor services.
