Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP2)

Not sure if you have enough equity to refinance.  You may be eligible to refinance your existing mortgage under the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP2). This program is designed to help homeowners who may not qualify for a traditional refinance if their home values have decreased. 

Select Milwaukee Homeownership Specialists are available to privately meet with HARP eligible homeowners and guide you through the process.   If your mortgage is owned or guaranteed by either Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, you may be eligible to refinance your mortgage under the enhanced and expanded provisions of HARP.

If you financed your current mortgage through FHA you may also be eligible for a streamlined refinance.
