2006 Annual Meeting

Over 100 partners, friends and new homeowners gathered on June 20 at America’s Black Holocaust Museum in Milwaukee’s Bronzeville Cultural District for Select Milwaukee’s Annual Meeting to review accomplishments in 2005.  The meeting featured remarks by Mayor Tom Barrett; Linda Brooks, Regional Expanding Markets Director for Freddie Mac; Select Milwaukee Board Chair Geoff Cooper, Director of Emerging Markets at MGIC; and Executive Director Ray Schmidt.  Conrad Egan, President & CEO of the Washington, DC – based National Housing Conference, offered an inspiring and thoughtful keynote address, “Homeownership Solutions for Working Families.” 

 

Select Milwaukee's annual At Home in the City awards were presented to Johnson Bank, Northwestern Mutual, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.
