There is no cost or obligation. Our orientation is a 30 minute program presented by one of our Homeownership Specialists. Join us to learn about the many ways Select Milwaukee can help you navigate your home purchase, including: 

• Our comprehensive homeownership services
• Downpayment & closing cost incentives
• Special mortgage programs
• How to qualify for a low interest rate mortgage

Monthly Orientation Schedule

1 st and 3 rd Tuesday – Noon

2 nd and 4 th Tuesday – 5:30pm

(no Orientation on 5 th Tuesday)

Anyone Arriving After Start Time Will Not Be Allowed In.
